1.30.0069 (December 9th 2010)
- Fixed a bug that caused lookup to fail if it was executed after
another failed lookup.
- Fixed a bug that at rare occasions caused lookup to fail.
Unfortunately that bug showed up on the Le Monde site, which appears
in the French, Franska and Französisch sessions.
- Made changes that affect the "View All Links Above or Below"
command and the "View External Links Above or Below" command.
If you want to open
a new tab window, in which all the subsequent "linked to" pages will
appear, you should hold down the Ctrl Key while clicking on a link
instead of the Alt key. To temporarily ignore that the command is
checked you should hold down the Alt Key while clicking on a link
instead of the Ctrl key.
- Fixed a bug that could cause the program to generate an error
message and become unresponsive when saving
certain web pages.
- Fixed other bugs related to saving web pages and to viewing them
locally.
- Fixed other minor bugs.

- Fixed a bug, which showed up on Vista and Windows 7 systems, that
caused the program to crash when the Glossary list was scrolled to the
bottom.
- Google tab windows in all predefined sessions are set up to show
their "linked to" pages in a tab window in the lower main window. That
did not work in some special cases, which have now been taken care of.
- Extended the function that saves speech files in the Glossary to
handle more cases.
- Fixed other minor bugs.

- This is the second minor upgrade of Lex, in spite of its version number.
- It runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
- To
be more consistent across operating systems this Lex version
stores its user data (saved web pages and glossaries) in new locations.
If you want to keep your old data, it
has to be moved. Therefore, when you install
this version over a previous Lex version, you will be
asked whether
you want to have your old data moved or not.
- This release contains
many bug
fixes and improvements and is recommended for all users.
- It grants non-registered users a
new 30-day trial period.
